WILD C CITRUS DRESSING

Ingredients
Juice from 1 orange
Zest from 1 orange
Pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon Eden Health Foods Wild C
Method
Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine.Enjoy over roasted root vegetables or a cold / warm salad of your choice.

Ultimate biotic overnight oats
Makes
2 serves
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of your choice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 scoops Eden Healthfoods Ultimate Biotic
Fresh berries to serve
Method
Place all ingredients except the fresh berries in a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine.
Place in the fridge overnight to thicken.
Layer with fresh berries.

Passionfruit immunity slice
Makes
1 medium sized slice
Base ingredients
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup raw cashew nuts
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
Filling ingredients
2 cups raw cashew nuts, soaked overnight in boiling water to soften
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons coconut cream
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon Eden Healthfoods Immunity Shield
Fresh passionfruit to serve
Method
Place all base ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until a fine crumb forms.
Pour the crumb into a lined loaf tin or baking tray of your choice.
Spread the crumb out with a spoon or your hands and press it firmly into the base of the tin.
Clean the blender and place all of the filling ingredients except the fresh passionfruit into the blend and blend to combine.
Pour the filling over the base and spread evenly with a spoon.
Place in the freezer for at-least 3 hours to set.
Remove from the freezer, allow to defrost for 5 minutes and cut into desired portions. Top with fresh passionfruit pulp to enhance the passionfruit flavour of the Immunity Shield.

ingredients
Layer One
4 Ice Cubes 1⁄2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
3⁄4 cup Plant Milk
1⁄2 Mango (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp Plant Yoghurt
Filling ingredients
Layer Two
1⁄2 Banana (fresh or frozen) 3⁄4 cup Plant Milk 4 Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1 tsp ElectraLyte Chia Seeds, sprinkled on top
Method
1. Add all layer one ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a
glass and wipe out blender.
2. Add all layer two ingredients to the blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into the
glass on top of layer one. Sprinkle with some chia seeds and enjoy!
